Johnny Winter

John Dawson Winter III (February 23, 1944 – July 16, 2014) was an American singer, guitarist, songwriter, and record producer. Renowned for his electrifying blues rock sound, Winter gained acclaim for his powerful slide guitar work, dynamic live shows, and influential albums, leaving a lasting mark on the genre from the late 1960s through the early 2000s.
