Matt Schofield

Matt Schofield is a British blues guitarist, singer, and songwriter known for his soulful playing and expressive tone. Born in Manchester in 1977, he gained recognition for blending traditional blues with elements of funk, jazz, and rock. Schofield has released several acclaimed albums and was the first guitarist inducted into the British Blues Awards Hall of Fame. He’s praised for his improvisational skill and is often compared to legends like Robben Ford and Stevie Ray Vaughan.
